Abstract

The management of state finances is of course inseparable from the times. The more advanced technology, the easier it should be to manage state finances. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a digitalized system so that all parties can benefit from this rapid technological development. This is what underlies the changes in Tanjung Pinang Health Politechnic. The state treasury and state budget system (STSSB) and the agency-level financial application system (AFAS) that support the input process and adjustment of files at the Directorate General of Treasury and work units are part of the digitization that has been carried out at the Directorate General of Treasury Treasury. So that all the facilities offered by technology in this era can produce superior treasury managers at the world level. Development and improvement do not only stop at the system but also at the human resources that run the system. The quality of human resources must be improved.
