A Study On Employee Welfare Measures In Public Sector Bank

Abstract

This paper is to determine the study on employee welfare measures in public sector bank. Employees are the most powerful asset for any organization. Employees will receive services, benefits, facilities and amenities  that are provided by the bank.  They should be benefited by certain facilities like children’s education, pension plan, insurance, housing facilities, canteen facilities, medical facilities etc. The objectives is to know the employee welfare measures and to improve the life of the working class and to bring integrated development of the worker’s personality and so on.  The present study is based on employee welfare activities in public sector bank. It can be concluded that the welfare measures in an organization are one of the factors for the workers to stay within the organisation and to work towards accomplishment of the organisation and this has been evident in this organisation.
