Abstract

The drug industry plays a significant role in helping a nation's economy grow. This study aims to evaluate representatives' job
satisfaction in various pharma companies. It focuses on the relative importance of occupation fulfillment variables and how they
affect representatives' overall job satisfaction. Additionally, it investigates how age, sex, gender, and drug type differences affect
attitudes about finding fulfillment at work. The conclusion demonstrates that the primary factors contributing to job contentment are
pay, skill at work, peripheral management, and collaborator relationship. The overall job satisfaction of those who work in the
pharmaceutical industry is high. For drug organizations, the concept of company activity, the workplace culture, and the level of
occupation fulfillment have undergone a radical transformation. As a result, the main goal of this investigation was to determine the
significance of factors impacting job satisfaction, including working conditions, salary, opportunities for promotion, employer
stability, morality, and relationships with coworkers and managers. This paper presents a far-reaching analysis of occupation
fulfillment files of the drug business, the elements causing the disappointment, and ideas to further develop them. The study
concludes that there is a significant impact of Work environment, Relation with colleagues and seniors, Salary and rewards and
Growth and opportunity on employee job satisfaction in pharmaceutical industry.
